		<description>Thanks for the update Don. I appreciate your candidness on this. I&#039;ve seen some criticism of your decision on this but I think it misses the point that real decisions are rarely clear cut. The decision you came to appears prudent and sensible.

While there are reasons for the city to own it&#039;s local utilities, power generation is no longer a local affair. An international power generation is not a municipal utility and should function better on its own.</description>
