I support Council’s continuing work to revitalize downtown. I had hesitations about the funding formula but accept that the will of Council is to proceed with the deal as voted upon on October 26th. I will continue to work constructively toward minimizing cost and risk to the City as plans are implemented. Please refer to the posts below for a more thorough explanation of my position as this matter unfolded.
